Note:
- Please carry one of your valid Identity Proof (Aadhar Card / Passport / PAN Card) while coming for the event.
- The responsibility to carry valid photo id’s of the booking member and his family shall be on the primary member.
- If GST bill is required by the booking member, the same shall be informed in advance and shall be issued by the Hotel and other agent directly to the booking member only.
- Free stay for Kids below 5 years without a mattress.
- The last date of hotel booking is 15th March, 2025.
Hotel Booking Refund Policy:
- Cancellations upto 14th March – 100% refund.
- Cancellations between 15th march to 25th March – 50% refund.
- Cancellations after 25th March – No refund; the amount will be considered a donation.
